#InCaseYouMissedIt: Nashville Stampede provide fireworks for home crowd at Stampede Days

Miss a moment of the action this weekend? Here’s what happened around the PBR.

By Darci Miller

This season has been showing us that there really is no place like home – this past weekend, the Nashville Stampede became the latest team to put on a show for their home crowd. Plus, the Texas Rattlers snapped a losing streak, the Kansas City Outlaws are looking dominant, and more. Miss a moment of the action this weekend? Here’s what happened around the PBR.

On the PBR Team Series…

NASHVILLE, DAY 1

The Stampede began their weekend at home with a loss to the undefeated Carolina Cowboys. Additionally, the Austin Gamblers defeated the Florida Freedom, the Outlaws beat the Oklahoma Wildcatters, and the Missouri Thunder took down the Arizona Ridge Riders.

While the season hasn’t gotten off to a perfect start for the Thunder, they’re deep enough to mix things up and found the perfect formula for a key win on Friday.

NASHVILLE, DAY 2

For their first win of their homestand, the Stampede walked it off against the Ridge Riders on Saturday. Meanwhile, with the rest of the games decided by 1.25 points combined, the Cowboys squeaked past the Gamblers, the Rattlers edged the New York Mavericks, and the Thunder just outrode the Wildcatters.

For the Rattlers, their win was a huge one as it snapped a six-game losing streak – the longest in the league.

NASHVILLE, DAY 3

The Stampede concluded the weekend with another walk-off win, this time against the Mavericks. Elsewhere, the Rattlers walked it off against the Thunder, the Cowboys remained undefeated with a win over the Freedom, and the Outlaws walloped the Gamblers.

Now firing on all cylinders, despite the slump of 2024 PBR World Champion Cassio Dias, the Outlaws are back near the top of the standings.

Meanwhile, on the Challenger Series…

Robson Guedes won the PBR Stockyards Showcase in Fort Worth thanks to a Round 1-winning ride.
