Following a scoreless first, the Freedom looked to Conner Halverson to deliver the team their first points, while the Gamblers tapped 2018 PBR World Champion Kaique Pacheco. With the chance to win the game early, Miller nodded his head with confidence but was unseated at the 3.96-second mark, opening the door for Florida to make a come-from-behind push. In the top of the fifth, Florida needed a score from their closer, and teenage phenom John Crimber on Rip Tide. Crimber burst from the chutes inside the home of the NHL’s Nashville Predators, but was sent airborne in an uncharacteristic 5.11 seconds, cementing the win for the Gamblers. The Ridge Riders then concluded the frame short of the whistle as Keyshawn Whitehorse was launched in 2.45 seconds by Chuck. In the top of the fourth, Missouri rebounded in resilient form. Kansas City’s momentum came to a quick end in the top of the second with Brennon Eldred brought down in a swift 1.72 seconds by Magic Hunter. The Wildcatters capitalized on the stumble, overtaking the game lead by 13.5 points courtesy of Eduardo Matos’ 84-point ride on Mr. Nasty.
