THIS WEEKEND’S FORMAT: The 2025 PBR World Finals Unleash The Beast – Championship event at AT&T Stadium May 17-18 will feature the 20 advancing riders from Eliminations and the five competitors who punched their tickets via Ride For Redemption. Each day of competition will feature two rounds, with Rounds 1-2 on Saturday, May 17, followed by Rounds 3-4 on Sunday, May 18. While the 20 riders who earned a berth via Eliminations are guaranteed to compete in all four Championship rounds, the five contenders who advanced via Ride For Redemption must record a score in Round 1 or Round 2 to remain in the World Finals Championship for Rounds 3-4. After Round 4 at the 2025 PBR World Finals Championship, the new World Champion will be the No. 1-ranked rider in the Unleash The Beast standings. The 2025 PBR World Finals event winner will be the rider with the top aggregate score across the final four rounds of action.
Inside AT&T Stadium, one rider can earn a maximum of 756 Unleash The Beast points, netting 36 points should they score 90+ point rides in each round, 80 points for each round win and 400 points for winning the aggregate. Across those two days, the PBR will award over $2.32 million, including the $1 million bonus to the 2025 PBR World Champion, $350,000 to the World Finals event winner and $75,000 to each of the four Championship round winners. The payout for all three phases of the 2025 PBR World Finals is a record-setting $3.26 million purse.
