The 2024 PBR World Finals and Unleash The Beast season are officially in the books, and if it didn’t get your pulse racing, you probably don’t have one. Cassio Dias cowboyed up, Man Hater reminded us what he’s capable of, the real Sage Kimzey finally stood up, and so much more. Miss a moment of the action this weekend? Here’s what happened around the PBR.
At the 2024 PBR World Finals…
RIDE FOR REDEMPTION ROUND 1
As the Texas Rattlers' invite, Daniel Keeping converted in a high-pressure situation – as he always does.
RIDE FOR REDEMPTION ROUND 2
Keeping went on to go 2-for-2 to win Ride For Redemption, punching his ticket to the Championship alongside…
…JaCauy Hale, who followed close friend Cody Jesus into bull riding just six years ago…
CHAMPIONSHIP ROUNDS 1 & 2
With the world title race back in the spotlight, No. 2 John Crimber went 1-for-2 on the first night of the Championship to gain ground on No. 1 Cassio Dias, who went 0-for-2 in his return from injury.
Leading the event at the end of night one was Thiago Salgado, with Brady Fielder hot on his heels.
Perhaps the biggest winner of the night was Cort McFadden, who rode Dana White’s Twisted Steel in a bounty bull matchup, earning $50,000 for himself and $50,000 for charity.
CHAMPIONSHIP ROUNDS 3 & 4
Meanwhile, at Kid Rock’s Rock N Rodeo…
Part rodeo, part Kid Rock concert, the inaugural Kid Rock’s Rock N Rodeo was a resounding success.
At the WCRA’s Women’s Rodeo World Championship…
Twenty-one athletes advanced to the Championship Round inside AT&T Stadium…
…where Kindyl Scruggs, Amy Ohrt, and Kenna Francis/Whitney DeSalvo were crowned champions.
