Behind the Lens: 2023 PBR Canada National Finals

When the dust settled inside Rogers Place, home to the NHL's Edmonton Oilers, it was Dakota Buttar who was crowned the 2023 PBR Canada Champion, courtesy of his flawless 4-for-4 effort during the season-culminating event. Exiting the event with a flashy second-place finish, thus collecting 199 National points Saturday night, Buttar secured his second PBR Canada title thanks to conversions aboard Young Blood (84.75 points), High Voltage (86 points), Irish Rebel (85.5 points) and Time Marches On (86.75 points).

Turning in quite the performance himself, Tyler Craig captured the 2023 PBR Canada National Finals, presented by Command Tubular Products, event title thanks to a perfect 4-for-4 weekend of his own. Besting Black Mamba (87 points), Times A Tickin (86.75 points), Moonwalk (84.25 points) and Built Tough (88.5 points) he netted a welcomed 335 National points, surging to the No. 4 rank to end the campaign.
