As the only rider to record two rides in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Guilherme Valleiras captured his first-ever Unleash the Beast event title Sunday afternoon. Converting atopDevaronian for 82.25 points in the opening round, the young Brazilian rider cemented the win in Round 2 via his 76.5-point ride aboard Soul Train en route to earning 100 UTB points.
Rafael Jose de Brito recorded the highest score of the event during his second-round matchup with Mike's Motive. Earning the 90.75-point mark for his electric ride, the 30-year-old garnered 79 UTB points as he continues to lead the 2023 Rookie of the Year race.
Rounding out the Top 3 and taking over the No. 1 rank in the premier series standings, 2018 World ChampionKaique Pacheco logged an 88.25-point ride matched with Soul King to earn bronze and a corresponding 64 UTB points.
