Carlos Garcia comes out on top in Wheeling
Carlos Garcia won his first ever Real Time Pain Relief Velocity Tour event in Wheeling, West Virginia. The win earned the rookie an invitation to the BFTS' Stanley Performance in Action Invitational, presented by Cooper Tires, in Billings, Montana.
