Pittsburgh, Pa. (December 11, 2025) – The Professional Bull Riders (PBR), today announced it will return to PPG Paints Arena Feb. 13-14, 2026, for the PBR Lovestruck Buck Off, the ninth stop of the 18-event 2026 PBR Unleash The Beast tour and a heart-pounding Valentine’s Day weekend like no other.
After selling out its Steel City debut in 2025, Pittsburgh will once again welcome the world’s top bull riders and fiercest animal athletes for two nights of edge-of-your-seat action, unforgettable moments, and a uniquely Pittsburgh twist on celebrating love.
On Saturday, Feb. 14, Pittsburgh Steelers legend and two-time Super Bowl champion Brett Keisel will officiate the wedding of eight couples on the dirt inside PPG Paints Arena. The number eight pays homage to the sport’s defining measure of success, the eight seconds riders must stay on a bull to earn a qualified ride.
Couples will be invited to apply by submitting a short video here explaining why they should be selected to say, “I do” and get married at PBR. The application deadline is Jan. 7, with selected couples notified by late January.
Chosen couples will receive a one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day experience, including:
“I’ve had some wild and unforgettable experiences in Pittsburgh but marrying people at a bull riding event might top the list,” Keisel said. “This city and its people have given me so much – and now I get to help others start their next chapter in a place we all love with my new PBR family. Come on, it doesn’t get more Pittsburgh than getting married on the dirt next to a 2,000-pound bucking bull.”
Keisel, who spent his entire 13-year NFL career with the Steelers, has deep ties to both the city of Pittsburgh and to cowboy life. Raised on a Wyoming ranch, Keisel learned to ride, rope, brand cattle and handle livestock from an early age.
During the 2025 PBR debut, he served as honorary team captain for the Arizona Ridge Riders during a PBR Teams exhibition game at PPG Paints Arena and welcomed bull riders to UPMC Children’s Hospital, where he has helped raise more than $1 million through his annual “Shear Da Beard” charity event.
The announcement was made during the launch of PPG Paints Arena’s highly anticipated podcast, Party on Fifth Avenue presented by Edgar Synder & Associates, which features engaging interviews with some of Pittsburgh’s most iconic personalities, athletes, and community leaders.
In the debut episode, Party on Fifth Avenue kicked off with Pittsburgh Steelers legend and two-time Super Bowl Champion Brett Keisel sitting down with host Matt Farago for an in-depth conversation covering his career on the field, life off the field, and his ongoing impact on the Pittsburgh community.
On the debut show, Keisel revealed details about participating in PBR’s upcoming “Till Dirt Do Us Part” campaign, in which he’ll officiate the marriage of couples on the dirt at the Feb. 14 PBR Unleash The Beast event at PPG Paints Arena.
