PBR to bring its elite tour and major concerts to Florida State University March 13-14, 2026

Two days of bucking action will ride into FSU’s Doak S. Campbell Stadium leading into a major concert each night.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Unleash The Beast will transform Florida State University’s Doak S. Campbell Stadium for the first time ever into a massive bull riding and entertainment arena, as PBR brings two days of bucking action and concerts to Tallahassee, Florida, March 13-14, 2026, for the 13th of 18 events in the 2026 premier individual tour regular season.

For two electrifying nights, the world’s best bull riders will go head-to-head against the fiercest animal athletes on the planet in a series of jaw-dropping unpredictable 8-second showdowns. As a PBR Major, PBR Florida State at Doak offers higher stakes with more points toward the season-long championship and a $200,000 prize purse on the line.

After the bull riding, each night will conclude with a high-energy concert featuring a major music act – to be announced soon.

“This groundbreaking bull riding event is the result of a true partnership with Florida State University, bringing the world’s best cowboy and animal athletes to one of college football’s most iconic stadiums,” said Sean Gleason, CEO of PBR. “With the success of PBR Last Cowboy Standing at Colorado State University in July culminating in concert performances by Cross Canadian Ragweed and Jon Pardi, we’ve proven a new model for transforming football stadiums into premier bull riding stages. It’s a win-win—fans get an unforgettable experience, and universities unlock opportunities to generate revenue for their athletics programs by hosting major events beyond football.”

“All of us at FSU Athletics are extremely excited to welcome PBR to Tallahassee and Florida State University,” said Michael Alford, Vice President and Director of Athletics at FSU. “This is a landmark event for FSU, Tallahassee, and the entire Big Bend region. PBR has earned a reputation for excellence, and we are proud to partner with them to bring this event to Doak Campbell Stadium.”

To transform Doak into a bull riding mecca, PBR will truck in 5.5 million pounds of dirt to cover roughly 30,000 square feet along with additional sound, video and lighting to cover a football field – for a production more than three times the size of a traditional elite tour event.

The Unleash The Beast series showcases the top athletes in the sport, both human and bovine, with every second packed with grit, guts and glory. Each stop on the tour counts toward qualifying for the prestigious PBR World Finals in Fort Worth, Texas.

Ticket sales dates and artist performances will be announced in the coming weeks.
