BAKERSFIELD, Cali. – The top bull riders in the sport will return to Dignity Health Arena – for one night only – on March 14, 2026, as the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour (PWVT) once again brings high-adrenaline action back to southern California for PBR Bakersfield.

Fans can expect to be on the edge of their seats as 40 riders go head-to-head with the sport’s remarkable animal athletes – bred for explosive power and agility – in a true test of grit, strength, and skill.

In 2025, when the PWVT last visited Bakersfield, an energized crowd packed the arena to watch Briggs Madsen (Honeyville, Utah) secure his first PWVT event win of the season.

Determined athletes just like Madsen will take to the dirt at 7 p.m. PT on Saturday, March 14, on the hunt for an event win and the crucial Velocity Global points needed to punch their ticket to the PWVT Finals in May 2026.

Velocity Global points contribute to the Velocity Global Standings and determine which PBR riders are added to the Unleash The Beast tour throughout the season, in addition to qualifications for the PBR World Finals in May 2026 in Fort Worth, Texas.
