IR list and roster moves: Austin Gambler Days rider report – August 20, 2025

With Austin hosting Gambler Days, several key riders are sidelined while others return to the Protected Roster, setting the stage for a weekend full of high-stakes matchups.

Fort Worth, Texas — As the 2025 PBR Camping World Team Series rolls into Austin, the spotlight isn’t just on the rides inside Moody Center — it’s also on who’s in and who’s out. The IR list and latest transactions tell the story of which teams will have their stars in the lineup and which will need fresh talent to step up under the Texas lights. Here’s the latest official IR report and recent transactions ahead of Gambler Days this weekend.

  • Daniel Feitosa (Nashville Stampede) has officially landed on Regular IR as of Aug. 18 with a shoulder injury, opening up a key roster spot heading into their hometown event.

  • Jeferson Silva (Kansas City Outlaws) has been added to the Protected Roster via the DOI process from Florida (Aug. 20).

  • Ayden Dale (New York Mavericks) has been dropped from the Reserve Roster as of Aug. 20 and is now an unrestricted free agent.

  • Callum Miller (Texas Rattlers) has been promoted from the Reserve Roster back to the Protected Roster (Aug. 20).

  • Dawson Branton (Texas Rattlers) is on Regular IR after suffering a leg injury aboard Cramer in Nashville on Aug. 16.

  • Eric Domingos (Kansas City Outlaws) has been added to the Protected Roster via DOI from Carolina (Aug. 13).

  • Jett Harkins (Missouri Thunder) earned a bump to the Protected Roster from Reserve on Aug. 13.

  • Daniel Feitosa (Nashville Stampede) was acquired via trade with Kansas City for a 2026 first-round pick and added to the Protected Roster (Aug. 13).

  • Joao Henrique Lucas (New York Mavericks) has signed as a free agent and joins the Reserve Roster (Aug. 13).

  • Casey Roberts (Oklahoma Wildcatters) has been called up to the Protected Roster from Reserve (Aug. 13).

  • Kase Hitt (Oklahoma Wildcatters) was dropped from the Protected Roster and immediately re-signed to Reserve on Aug. 13.

  • Callum Miller (Texas Rattlers) was dropped from the Protected Roster and re-signed to Reserve on Aug. 13.

  • Ezekiel Mitchell (Texas Rattlers) has been promoted to the Protected Roster from Reserve (Aug. 13).

  • Felipe Furlan (Missouri Thunder) is on Regular IR with an elbow injury from a wreck on Workin' Man in Sunrise on Aug. 9 — out through at least Springfield Thunder Days.

  • Kaiden Loud (Nashville Stampede) – Ankle injury – On Regular Season IR after a wreck on Real Western in Duluth on July 27; out until at least Springfield Thunder Days (Aug. 29–31).

  • Derek Kolbaba (Carolina Cowboys) – Shoulder injury – On Regular Season IR after being hurt in Sunrise, FL; expected back no sooner than Springfield Thunder Days (Aug. 29–31).

  • Cassio Dias (Kansas City Outlaws) remains out following hand surgery — on IR until at least Springfield Thunder Days.

  • Eric Novoa (Kansas City Outlaws) is on Regular IR with an undisclosed injury (early August).

  • Kaique Pacheco (Austin Gamblers) remains sidelined on IR with an undisclosed injury — expected out through Nashville Stampede Days.

  • Leandro Zampollo (New York Mavericks) continues on Regular IR with a neck injury suffered June 26; officially sidelined beginning July 9 in OKC.

  • Nick Tetz (Arizona Ridge Riders) remains on IR rehabbing a surgically repaired femur from a wreck on Regulator in Palm Springs on Mar. 21 — aiming to return mid-September.

As Austin Gambler Days approaches, expect fierce competition and high-energy action from the PBR Teams. With some of the sport’s top riders still on the mend, it’s the perfect opportunity for new faces and returning favorites to rise to the occasion deep in the heart of Texas. Injuries may keep a few riders on the sidelines, but in true cowboy fashion, it’s never a matter of if they’ll be back — just when.
