SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – As three teams improved to 11-4 on the season to open Thunder Days at Great Southern Bank Arena, the Florida Freedom remain atop the standings based on points after defeating the New York Mavericks 262.25-82.25.

In defeating New York (3-12), the red-hot Freedom have now won five straight games, and eight of the last ten.

Thiago Salgado recorded the first of Florida’s three rides by making the 8 atop The One for 85 points, followed by Yan Victor Cunha conquering Magic Hunter for 87.27 points and John Crimber going 89.5 points on Fire Zone. Crimber – the 2024 league MVP – vaulted into the lead in the 2025 MVP race.

The surging Oklahoma Wildcatters improved to 5-10, topping the 6-9 Carolina Cowboys 164.5-84.5. Wingson Henrique da Silva rode What’s Poppin for 77.25 points and declined the re-ride option to put the Wildcatters on top. Carolina took the lead after its second ride before Oklahoma clinched the game, and their fourth win the past five games, in the fourth frame with Guilherme Valleiras’ 87.25 points on Yo Mamma.

The Arizona Ridge Riders narrowly edged out the Texas Rattlers 173-172.75 to improve to 11-4 as Texas fell to 8-7. Eduardo Aparecido scored 88.25 points on Big Bills to put the Ridge Riders on the board, and Keyshawn Whitehorse delivered 84.75 points on Money Moves for the quarter-point advantage.

The Nashville Stampede (6-9) rode three bulls to dominate the Kansas City Outlaws (7-8) 256.75-84 to open up Thunder Days, winning their second game in a row. Austin Richardson set the tone of the game with 90.75 points on Constant Payne, the first of three 90+ point rides on the night. Anderson de Oliveira delivered next with 81 points against Frank, followed by Gustavo Luiz da Silva with 85 on Lost In The Sauce.

Coming off its homestand last weekend, the Austin Gamblers also recorded three ride scores to take its third straight win 269.75-78.25 against the home squad Missouri Thunder. Callum Miller took a re-ride option against Let’s Roll for 91 points, the highest score of the night’s five games. Dalton Kasel tacked on 88.25 more aboard Still Flyin’ Crazy before Jose Vitor Leme collected 90.5 on I’m a Hostage. Austin scored the most points on the night.
