PONOKA, Alta. – As the 2025 PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Canada season continued Saturday night in Ponoka, Alberta, Garrett Green (Meeting Creek, Alberta), Brady Fielder (Clermont Queensland, Australia) and Julio Cesar Marques (Tatui, Brazil) rode supreme, tying for the event win at the Touring Pro Division’s Wild West PBR.

Each contender logged an 85-point ride in the one-round event to collect 63.33 points in the race for the 2025 PBR Canada Championship and accompanying $100,000 bonus.

Green rode Magic Jam (Vold Rodeo, while the Texas Rattlers’ Fielder covered High Ballin (Kinky Buckers) and the Kansas City Outlaws’ Marques bested Shot Caller (X6 Ranch Bucking Cattle).

Green climbed from No. 6 to No. 5 in Canada, inching within 405.33 points of No. 1 Dakota Buttar (Eatonia, Saskatchewan).

For Fielder and Marques they surged from unranked to No. 25.

Atop the Canadian standings, both No. 1 Buttar and No. 2 Jake Gardner (Fort St. John, British Columbia) were bucked off. Buttar was tossed by Cracker Jack (W Sunrise) in 5.32 seconds, while Gardner was launched by King Pin (Wilson Rodeo) in 2.26 seconds.

The buckoffs from both Buttar and Gardner allowed No. 3 Jared Parsonage (Maple Creek, Saskatchewan) who finished sixth to gain ground in the title race.

Parsonage made the 8 on Blue Nerve (X6 Ranch Bucking Cattle) for 83 points to earn 20 national points. The reserved Saskatchewan man remained No. 3 in Canada, closing within 334.17 points of No. 1 Buttar.

Returning to the top of the event leaderboard, Tanner Eno (Coronation, Alberta) was fourth.

Eno rode Wise Guy (Kinky Buckers) for 84.75 points to net 29 national points. He gained five positions in the national standings, climbing from No. 24 to No. 19.

Rounding out the Top 5 in fifth was Griffin Koester (Rockyford, Alberta).

The home province hopeful outlasted Lucifer (Wilson Rodeo) for 83.75 points to leave the Ponoka Stampede Grounds with 25 national points.

Koester rose from No. 18 to No. 15 in Canada.

In the bull pen, Air Gangster (W Sunrise) bucked a cut above the rest, crowned the Bull of the Event. The powerful animal athlete was marked an unrivaled 44.25 points for his 1.85 seconds of work against Dusty Glenn (Rimbey, Alberta).
