Unleash The Beast Game Notes: 2025 PBR World Finals: Unleash The Beast – Eliminations Day 3

Clay Guiton leads the pack into Cowtown Coliseum during the third round of Eliminations action Saturday, May 10.

GUITON DOMINATES IN ROUND 2, CLIMBS TO NO. 5: After riding Rock ‘n Roll for 86.75 points in Round 1, Clay Guiton posted the first 90-point ride of the 2025 PBR World Finals by moving in perfect time with Eyes On Me for 91.25 points on Friday night. The ride not only propelled Guiton to the top of the Eliminations standings but also catapulted him from No. 9 to No. 5 in the Unleash The Beast standings, putting him 547 points behind No. 1 Dalton Kasel. Guiton, who is now an impressive 31-for-60 (51.7%) on the season, shares a chute with Let’s Roll in Round 3 on Saturday.

Kasel and No. 2 Brady Fielder were kept off the scoreboard for the second straight night in Round 2, as Kasel bucked off Top Dollar in 6.16 seconds and Fielder was bested by Nobody in 7.13 seconds. No. 3 John Crimber had no such problems, once again making the 8, this time atop Walk Hard for 89.25 points to move to second in the Eliminations standings. Crimber takes on Rorschach in Round 3 on Saturday, while Kassel attempts to break through on The Kraken and Fielder tries to rebound on Bueno.

Three other riders remained perfect in the 2025 PBR World Finals’ opening stage, as Hudson Bolton, Koltin Hevalow and Jose Vitor Leme also converted to take the third, fourth and fifth spots in the event standings, respectively.

WORLD RANKINGS RISERS: Compliments of their finishes in Round 2 on Friday night, four riders rose in the world standings:
Clay Guiton – No. 9 to No. 5 (+4)
Hudson Bolton – No. 24 to No. 20 (+4)
Jose Vitor Leme – No. 19 to No. 14 (+5)
Derek Kolbaba – No. 29 to No. 27 (+2)
