The Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour concluded this past weekend, and we saw riders fighting for championships and the final five berths at the World Finals. Miss a moment of the action this weekend? Here’s what happened around the PBR.
On the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour…
Marcus Mast has been competing on the Velocity Tour since 2016. After years of scratching and clawing, the fan favorite went 3-for-3 at the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour Finals to become the 2025 Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour Champion. Paulo Eduardo Rossetto, meanwhile, also went 3-for-3 to win the PWVT Finals event title.
Jeferson Silva also had a big showing, winning Round 1 in Corpus Christi to finish 10th overall and secure his best Velocity result to date.
Five riders punched their ticket to the World Finals in Corpus Christi: Mast, Jean Fernandes Pereira, Afonso Quintino, Bob Mitchell, and Ashton Sahli join the 40 riders qualified via the Unleash The Beast standings.
On the bull side of the equation, 130 bovines will be in Fort Worth and Arlington, Texas, to compete at the season-ending showdown.
