FORT WORTH, Texas – Following an intense two days of competition in front of capacity crowds inside Cowtown Coliseum for Ride For Redemption, the final roster of riders is set for the upcoming 2025 PBR (Professional Bull Riders) World Finals: Unleash The Beast – Championship on May 17-18. Courtesy of their Top 5 finishes Thursday evening, Elizmar Jeremias (Anapu, Brazil), Yan Victor Cunha (Assis Brasil, Brazil), Felipe Furlan (Sales Oliveira, Brazil), Claudio Montanha Jr. (Ribeirao dos Indios, Brazil) and Daniel Keeping (Montague, Texas) punched their tickets to AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
Jeremias, Cunha, Furlan, Montanha and Keeping will join the 20 riders who advanced via Eliminations, the first phase of PBR World Finals, held May 8-11 in Fort Worth, in the Championship inside AT&T Stadium this weekend. Across the two nights of competition, each rider will attempt two bulls nightly. When the dust settles, the rider with the most Unleash The Beast points will be crowned the 2025 PBR World Champion, earning the coveted gold buckle and accompanying $1 million bonus. The aggregate winner of those four rounds will win the 2025 PBR World Finals event title.
Jeremias won Thursday night’s Ride For Redemption event, delivering the high-marked ride of the evening. Despite being tossed by Snuggles (Grin/Jacobson/McCoy Rodeo) in 4.41 seconds in Round 1, he rebounded in Round 2, covering Regulator (Humpz and Hornz/Frances Daddy) for 89.5 points to keep his gold buckle dreams alive.
Second was Cunha, who had delivered the top score in Round 1 when he bested Tchoupitoulas (Hart Cattle Co./Hale) for 88.25 points. He fell short of the win when he was upended by Chicken in Black (Hilton Bull Co.) in 4.92 seconds in Round 2.
Courtesy of an 87.75-point ride atop Bad Bob (B-J Ranch/Hilton Bull Co.), Furlan finished third to advance to the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys.
Montanha earned his berth to AT&T Stadium via an 87.5-point effort aboard Time Traveler (Schott/Sutton Rodeo) in Round 2.
Keeping claimed the final spot at AT&T Stadium. While he tied for fifth alongside Thiago Salgado (Navirai, Brazil), Keeping earned the bid to AT&T Stadium by virtue of his higher rank in the Unleash The Beast standings.
Keeping, who also advanced to the Championship in 2024 by way of Ride For Redemption, went 1-for-2, making the requisite 8 on Bamboozle (Farris Cattle/Big Schott Rodeo) for 87 points in Round 2.
The 2025 PBR World Finals conclude with the Championship on Saturday, May 17, at 7:45 p.m. CT and Sunday, May 18, at 1:45 p.m. CT in Arlington at AT&T Stadium. Inside the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys, there will be two rounds of competition nightly. Following those four rounds, PBR will crown the World Champion, World Finals event winner, Rookie of the Year and more.
