Key Storylines
This season has been a big one for the veterans, with Lucas Divino (2), Luciano De Castro and Derek Kolbaba all notching their first premier series event victories in five-plus years. The Top 10 in the Unleash The Beast standings is loaded with experienced riders – a stark contrast to last year, which was dominated by the historically strong rookie class. One of last year’s rookies is back in the draw this week, as No. 2 John Crimber returns after two weeks on the shelf with a back injury. Can he climb back into the No. 1 rank? Plus, we’ve got the second installment of the Arizona Ridge Riders vs. Oklahoma Wildcatters in the Monster Energy Team Challenge, presented by Camping World. The first time these teams faced off ended with a walk-off win for Arizona, so this one should be another doozy!
