FORT WORTH, Texas – At the 93rd iteration of the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Stockyards Showcase inside the iconic Cowtown Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas, John Crimber (Decatur, Texas) went 2-for-2 to win the event title.
The Texan rode Bad Bob (B-J Ranch/Hilton Bill Co) for a round-winning and event-high-tying 89 points in Round 1.
Locked in, the No. 2-ranked rider in the 2025 World Championship race converted again in the final round, covering Whiskey On Ice (Flying C Cattle/Crimber) for another 89 points to tie for his second round win of the evening.
The victory netted Crimber 60.5 Velocity Global points.
Last week’s PBR Stockyards Showcase winner, Bruno Carvalho (Alvares Florence, Brazil), finished second.
After riding Damaged Goods (Paiten Hilton/Hilton Bull Co.) for 86.5 points in Round 1, he sat tall atop Crazy Sox (Flying C Cattle/Crimber) for 87.5 points in Round 2.
The flawless performance garnered Carvalho 45 Velocity Global points.
The final spot on the podium belonged to Eric Henrique Domingos (Perola, Brazil).
The Brazilian topped Flinn J43 (Eli Flinn) for 83.5 points in the opening round.
Looking to catapult up the leaderboard, Domingos stormed out of the chutes aboard Biscuit (Flying C Cattle/Crimber) for an event-high-tying 89 points in the championship round to seize third place overall.
The bronze finish earned Domingos 33.5 Velocity Global points.
Alex Cerqueira (Iguatemi, Brazil) finished fourth.
In the opening round, Cerqueira hung on to Flinn J42 (Eli Flinn) for 81.5 points.
Finding his groove, the Brazilian cowboy topped Smooth Whiskey (Flying C Cattle/Crimber) for 86.5 points in the final round to climb to fourth.
Cerqueira left Cowtown Coliseum with 27 Velocity Global points.
Rounding out the Top 5 was Flavio Zivieri (Balsamo, Brazil).
While Zivieri managed to make the 8 atop Flinn J44 (Eli Flinn) for 86 points in Round 1, he was bucked off by Glory Days (Flying C Cattle/Crimber) in 3.06 seconds in Round 2.
His 1-for-2 performance secured him 17 Velocity Global points.
Velocity Global points contribute to the Velocity Global Standings and determine which new riders are added to the elite Unleash The Beast throughout the season. The Top 3 Velocity Global riders who have not already qualified are also invited to the PBR World Finals in May.
In the bull pen, Biscuit was marked 44 points for his Round 2 out with Domingos to win the Bull of the Event title.
The PBR Stockyards Showcase returns on Thursday, March 6. Action inside Cowtown Coliseum will get underway at 7:30 p.m. CT.
