FORT WORTH, Texas – Beginning this weekend, PBR events scheduled to be carried on Dr. Phil's Merit Street Media, including the Merit+ and PBR+ apps, will now be available LIVE and FREE on RidePass on Pluto TV, PBR's YouTube channel, PBR's mobile app, and PBR's app on connected TVs, including Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and Google TV, free to fans.
PBR has parted ways with Dr. Phil's Merit Street Media because they breached our contract by failing to pay rights fees owed, giving us no choice and very little time to find a new home for PBR.
We apologize for this inconvenience, which is completely outside our control. As we seek a long-term home for PBR broadcast to complement CBS, we will share further information about additional viewing options when available.
But until that happens, you won’t have to miss a second of the action, as every Unleash The Beast event will be available live and entirely free. You’ll also see some familiar faces, as Craig Hummer will still helm the broadcasts on play-by-play, 2016 World Champion Cooper Davis and stock contractor Cord McCoy will be on hand for commentary, and Kate Harrison will be contributing sideline reporting.
The 2025 Unleash The Beast season kicks off this weekend with the PBR Tucson in Tucson, Arizona. Fans can watch live on Nov. 15-16 at 8:45 p.m. ET on RidePass on Pluto TV, PBR’s YouTube channel, and PBR’s app on connected TV.
