DULUTH, Ga. – For the second consecutive year, the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Camping World Team Series will buck into Duluth, Georgia, bringing the transformative team bull riding league to Gas South Arena on July 26-27, 2025.
Tickets for the event go on sale Tuesday, December 3 at 10 a.m. ET, and start at $22, taxes and fees not included. They can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com and PBR.com, or by calling PBR customer service at (800) 732-1727 or Gas South Arena at (470) 639-8243.
PBR Teams launched in 2022 with eight founding teams, expanding by two for the 2024 season. Those teams are: Arizona Ridge Riders of Glendale, Arizona; Austin Gamblers of Austin, Texas; Carolina Cowboys of Greensboro, North Carolina; Florida Freedom of Sunrise, Florida; Kansas City Outlaws of Kansas City, Missouri; Missouri Thunder of Ridgedale, Missouri; Nashville Stampede of Nashville, Tennessee; New York Mavericks of New York, New York; Oklahoma Wildcatters of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Texas Rattlers of Fort Worth, Texas.
While each team hosts a homestand, the league also holds two neutral site events. Gas South Arena in Duluth will welcome the league for the first neutral site event, followed by the Camping World Team Series returning to Anaheim, California, later in the 2025 campaign.
PBR Teams builds on the existing structure of professional bull riding with the same basic rules for judging and scoring qualified 8-second bull rides. Events are structured in a tournament-style format with all teams competing in head-to-head matchups against a different opponent each day.
In each game, five riders on a team square off against another team. The team with the highest aggregate score of qualified rides among its riders is declared the winner of each game, and each game day has a team winner as well.
When PBR Teams debuted in Duluth in July 2024, the Carolina Cowboys stole the show, going a perfect 3-0 in game play to remain a perfect 5-0 that season. The victories were a part of the team’s record 11-game unbeaten streak to begin the season.
The two-time regular season and eventual 2024 PBR Teams Champion Austin Gamblers went 1-1 in Georgia. While they lost to the Carolina Cowboys inside Gas South Arena, the Gamblers’ rode to a commanding three ride score win against the New York Mavericks.
Overall event attendance for the 2024 PBR Teams season increased 15% compared to 2023, and several CBS Game of the Week broadcasts drew more than 2 million average viewers. The on-the-dirt product has never been better, demonstrated in the increase in riding percentages to 40.38% across the 2024 season.
The bull riding action for the 2025 PBR Camping World Team Series event in Duluth, Georgia, at Gas South Arena begins at 6:45 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 26, and 1:45 p.m. ET on Sunday, July 27.
