Man Hater
What can we say about Man Hater? Really, his numbers speak for themselves. Since making his PBR debut on the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour in 2021, Man Hater has scored north of 47 points a whopping eight times. This Teams season – which came after he was crowned the 2024 YETI World Champion Bull – he’s had five outs, with all but one scoring 47.5 points or higher. Two of those outs were for north of 49 points, including a 49.5-point score, the highest ever recorded in the PBR. The other, a 49.25-point effort, contributed to Cassio Dias scoring 98.25 points, the second-highest ride score in league history. Every single time Man Hater is in the chutes, you know there’s a chance to witness history.
UTZ BesTex Legend
UTZ BesTex Legend has been one of the most dominant bulls in the PBR the last two years, finishing third and tied for second in the 2024 and 2023 world title races, respectively. He made his PBR debut in the 2022 Teams season and since then averages a 92% buckoff percentage. Legend has had seven outs on the 2024 PBR Team Series and has been ridden just once, with an average bull score of 43.2. He’s one of three bulls in the YETI Fan Favorite Bull race that was also nominated for the honors last year.
Doze You Down
Doze You Down was also nominated for Fan Favorite Bull honors in 2023. He finished No. 10 in the world title race this year before coming back for Teams, where he’s had five outs. He’s been ridden twice, by Felipe Furlan and Dalton Kasel, for rides scoring 91.75 and 91.5 points, respectively. In Doze You Down’s most recent out, he dispatched two-time World Champion and two-time Teams MVP Jose Vitor Leme in 4.28 seconds.
Cool Whip
Cool Whip has competed sparingly in PBR Teams this season, and can you blame him? He had a busy UTB season breaking Bushwacker’s record for most consecutive buckoffs! The streak is now up to 45 thanks to his 2-0 record in 2024 Teams competition, with buckoffs of Mason Taylor and 2022 World Champion Daylon Swearingen. The last time Cool Whip was ridden was back in April of 2022 – nearly two and a half years ago.
Big Bank
Big Bank finished the UTB season ranked No. 6 in the world title race, carrying newly crowned PBR Teams regular-season MVP John Crimber to a 95-point ride at the PBR World Finals in May, and he’s remained similarly dominant in Teams this season. In five outs, Big Bank has only been ridden once – Boudreaux Campbell made the 8 for 92.5 points back in August.
Flapjack
Flapjack was nominated for Fan Favorite Bull honors in 2023, which came after he finished No. 2 in the 2023 world title race. He finished No. 12 in 2024 before his five-out campaign during Teams. Flapjack has been ridden in his last two outs – by Sandro Batista for 89.5 points and Jose Vitor Leme for 91.5 points – and, in his first out of the season, bucked off Brady Fielder, who only bucked off 10 times in 34 outs all season.
