DIAS SECURES SPOT AT AT&T STADIUM: After the dust had settled in Billings, Montana, No. 1 Cassio Dias had done enough to secure the top spot in the Unleash The Beast standings heading into the Elimination Rounds of the PBR World Finals and a chance to ride for the PBR Championship inside AT&T Stadium the following weekend. While he got off to a slow start bucking off his first two animal athlete opponents, Dias bounced back and won Round 3 by riding Woody for 88.25 points. His thirteenth round win of the season is more than double that of No. 2 Eduardo Aparecido and No. 3 John Crimber, who have both won six rounds.

AMAZING APARECIDO: No. 2 Eduardo Aparecido surged two spots up the Unleash The Beast standings after going 3- for-4 and winning his second event of the season in Billings, Montana, last weekend. The veteran cowboy got off to a hot start, covering Wild Card for 88.5 points to win the opening round. Now in a groove, Aparecido roared out of the chutes on Benjamin Ranklin for 85.25 points in Round 2 but finally had his momentum halted by Cy Young, who bucked him off in 5.67 seconds in Round 3. Locking back in, the Brazilian catapulted out of the chutes on Flyin Wired in the championship round for a round-winning, event-sealing 89.25 points, Aparecido’s second event and championship round win of the season. He also now has six round wins on the season, tying him for second with No. 3 John Crimber.
