The Unleash The Beast returned to Salt Lake City for the first time in 2020, and it did not disappoint! Koltin Hevalow seized a big opportunity, a couple of Utah natives made their triumphant returns, and some familiar faces were victorious on the Velocity Tour. Miss a moment of the action this weekend? Here’s what happened around the PBR.
On the Unleash The Beast…
Heading into the PBR Salt Lake City, Koltin Hevalow was No. 12 in the Unleash The Beast World Championship standings. Following the weekend that saw him go 2-for-3 and clinch his first UTB event win, he’s now No. 3.
It was also a big weekend for Keyshawn Whitehorse, who split the Round 1 win with Julio Cesar Marques and Clay Guiton…
…in a full-circle moment in the city in which he was born.
Meanwhile, on the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour…
Hunter Ball won Round 1 in Reading, Pennsylvania…
Meanwhile, in Cedar Park, Texas, Thiago Salgado won Round 1…
…but Lucas Divino notched the event win to earn his place back on the Unleash The Beast.
In the Touring Pro Division…
