INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – For the third consecutive year, PBR (Professional Bull Riders) will bring the world’s top bull riders and rankest bucking bulls back to Indianapolis, Indiana, as the thrilling man vs. beast showdown returns for the PBR Unleash The Beast Ariat PBR Invitational, March 2-3, 2024.

When PBR was last in Indianapolis, Daniel Keeping (Blackfoot, Idaho), who was a standout during the inaugural 2022 PBR Teams season for the Texas Rattlers, had a pivotal weekend as his 2023 season began. After recovering from major shoulder surgery, the 24-year-old had a successful 2-for-3 weekend. Sitting in second place in Saturday’s Round 1 courtesy of his 87.75-point ride aboard Casper (Crescent City Bucking Bulls/Lari Crane/Gene Owen), Keeping kept the fire going in Round 2.

Paired with Renegade (Cord McCoy/Rodosky/Lovell/Punke/McCoy Rodeo) as Sunday afternoon began, the gritty cowboy exploded from the chutes, punching his ticket to the final round in the No. 1 spot on the event leaderboard thanks to his 88.75-point ride.

Keeping then selected UTZ BesTex Smokestack (Blake Sharp/Chris Utz/Garrett Carey) as his bovine opponent in the championship round but was launched to the ground in 6.59 seconds. Despite the disappointing championship round, Keeping still secured the event win.

In the same fashion as Keeping, bull riders from around the world will battle it out in Indianapolis for crucial points in the 2024 season – all with their eyes set ultimately on the 2024 world title.

The intense action of the PBR Unleash The Beast Ariat PBR Invitational begins at 6:45 p.m. CDT on Saturday, March 2 and at 1:45 p.m. CDT on Sunday, March 3.
