PUEBLO, Colo. - Building on the momentum of its record-breaking 2016 season, Professional Bull Riders (PBR) and CBS Sports has released the television schedule for the first half of the 2017 PBR Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS), which begins with the season’s first PBR Major exclusively on CBS Sports Network (CBSSN) at Madison Square Garden in New York City (Jan. 6-8). CBS Sports and CBS Sports Network remain the exclusive television partners of PBR.
The schedule on CBS Sports, which begins on Jan. 13 from Allstate Arena in Chicago, is highlighted by two 2017 first-half PBR Majors: the Iron Cowboy from AT&T Stadium on Feb. 19 and a special two-hour broadcast of the Last Cowboy Standing in Las Vegas on May 14.
CBS Sports will carry 2017 PBR BFTS first-half events in Chicago; Sacramento, California; Anaheim, California; Kansas City, Missouri; Arlington, Texas; St. Louis; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Tacoma, Washington; and Las Vegas. Coverage will include the popular PBR 15/15 Bucking Battles featuring the Top 15 PBR riders in the world competing against the Top 15 bulls.
The CBS Sports Network PBR first-half schedule is highlighted by the sport’s return to Jacksonville, Florida, (March 4-5), Glendale, Arizona, (March 25-26) and Tacoma, Washington, (April 22-23).
