PUEBLO, Colo. – BlueDEF^® Diesel Exhaust Fluid, the title sponsor of the PBR’s BlueDEF Velocity Tour, and the Professional Bull Riders (PBR), have partnered to conduct a national search for the next up-and-coming bull riding stars, and fulfill someone’s dream of becoming a PBR bull rider. Aspiring bull riders, talented athletes and PBR fans will be able to discover if they have what it takes to compete on the world’s premier bull riding circuit.

At the end of the contest, 10 lucky contestants will be chosen to attend a four-day bull riding boot camp in Bowie, Texas, at the home of PBR co-founder and livestock director Cody Lambert. For four days the 10 contestants will be put through the paces, learning the ins and outs of becoming a professional bull rider. Lambert, along with BlueDEF riders and Built Ford Tough Series stars Silvano Alves, the reigning and three-time PBR World Champion; Matt Triplett, currently ranked No. 2 in the PBR world standings; Nathan Schaper, currently ranked No. 6 in PBR world standings; and Alvin, Texas,' Douglas Duncan, will act as coaches and mentors, helping each contestant hone their skills and talent for the ultimate competition.

The best five riders from the boot camp, as chosen by the camp judges, will advance to compete at the PBR’s BlueDEF Velocity Tour event on Sept. 19 in Cleveland, Ohio, at Quicken Loans Arena. The top two performing riders in Cleveland will win the ultimate opportunity to compete at the $100,000 BlueDEF Finals on Oct. 9-10 in Louisville, Kentucky, alongside the emerging talent on the 2015 BlueDEF Velocity Tour and the stars of the elite Built Ford Tough Series.

The journey, from Boot Camp to the Cleveland semifinals and the Louisville Finals, will be captured for a one-hour special scheduled to air on CBS Sports Network in advance of  the PBR’s 2015 Built Ford Tough World Finals in Las Vegas, which takes place Oct. 21 – 25.
