The Professional Bull Riders announced that veteran in-arena announcers Clint Adkins and Brandon Bates will each be doing a night of play-by-play on the television broadcast this weekend at the WinStar World Casino Invitational in Thackerville, Okla. Adkins will do the television broadcast on Friday, and Bates will do it on Saturday.

Adkins and Bates are filling in for veteran television play-by-play announcer Craig Hummer, who will be in Ontario, Canada, to emcee a cancer charity ride benefitting the Grand River Hospital Foundation. Funds from the Ride for Cancer support cancer programs and patient care in and around the region.

"My mother-in-law is currently fighting her own battle with this disease, so it's a cause that has added meaning, and is an easy way to help generate support for people like her," Hummer said.

CBS Sports Network will broadcast action from Round 1 and the Built Ford Tough Short Round in HD at 10 p.m. ET on Friday, and will have an encore airing at 1 a.m. ET on Saturday. NBC Sports Network will broadcast Round 3 and the Built Ford Tough Championship Round live in HD at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, with an encore airing at 11 p.m. ET on Saturday.

Color commentary will be provided by Ring of Honor member J.W. Hart, and dirt-level interviews will be handled by Leah Garcia.

Bates announced his first PBR event in 2001, and his first Built Ford Tough World Finals in 2003. Adkins has announced PBR events since the late 1990s, and moved up to the Built Ford Tough Series in 2006.

The BFTS is televised every week on CBS, CBS Sports Network, NBC, NBC Sports Network and YouTube. BFTS telecasts are produced for the PBR under a multi-year agreement with David Neal Productions, a Los Angeles-based production company led by 34-time Emmy® Award winner and Peabody Award winner David Neal, who serves as executive producer.
