The Professional Bull Riders Touring Pro Division will have an action-packed Fourth of July weekend with seven events scheduled in Oregon, Texas, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Utah, and California.
The TPD will be featured at the 76th Annual “Best of the West” Rodeo at the St. Paul Arena in St Paul, Ore. Bull riding will be on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. PT. The TPD will be part of the 66th Annual VFW Rodeo, annually held on the first weekend in July in Wimberly, Texas. Bull riding will be held on Friday at 7:30 p.m. CT, at the Wimberly VFW Arena. Tickets are available by telephone at (512) 847-6441.
Continuing a Fourth of July tradition that began in the late 1980s, the Edwards County Fair Association will host a TPD event at 7 p.m. CT on Friday and Saturday in Rocksprings, Texas. Tickets are available by telephone at (830) 683-3112.
The 11th Annual Battle on Bull Mountain event begins at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, and at 7 p.m. ET on Sunday at the Hickory Creek Wilderness Ranch in Tidioute, Pa. Tickets are available by telephone at (814) 484-7266.
The TPD will ride a three-day event at the Double J Arena in Park Rapids, Minn. Bull riding begins at 6:30 p.m. CT on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Fury on the Fourth will be held at the Lee County Sherriff’s Posse Arena in Giddings, Texas. The TPD event is scheduled to start on Monday at 7 p.m. CT. Tickets are available by telephone at (979) 542-3455, and at www.giddingstx.com.

The TPD provides an opportunity for riders to compete in PBR-sanctioned events while earning money to qualify for the nationally-televised Built Ford Tough Series, which is comprised of the Top 40 bull riders in the world. Every five events on the BFTS, the Top 5 riders (based on money earned) from the TPD are allowed to move into the BFTS.
