As the Corporate Vice President, Retail of Mandalay Resort Groups, Uglow was responsible for all retail for Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur, Monte Carlo, Circus Circus, and eight additional brands.  He was in charge of a 220,000 item product range, merchandising of the entertainment events, 109 stores, and over 1,000 employees.
