2009 BFTS Season Hits Pueblo for the 2009 Built Ford Tough F-150 Invitational!!!

Don’t miss the hard-hitting, non-stop action when the Professional Bull Riders’ Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS), debuts in Pueblo, Colo., at the Colorado State Fair Events Center on Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17 for the 22nd stop of the prestigious BFTS tour. The event will be held in conjunction with the inaugural Wild, Wild West Fest. The 2009 Ford F-150 Invitational presented by Copenhagen Bull Riding will end the 2009 Wild Wild West Fest with a bang and give Colorado bull riding fans the opportunity to see the world’s best bull riders and best bulls under the same roof. 

The Ford F-150 Invitational presented by Copenhagen Bull Riding will feature the world’s top 40 bull riders including the 2008 World Champion Guilherme Marchi (Leme, Sao Paulo, Brazil); Colorado’s own and current world no. 1 Kody Lostroh (Longmont, Colo.); “Titanium Tough” Luke Snyder (Raymore, Mo.) who will compete in his 256th consecutive BFTS event; fan favorites Brian Canter (Randleman, N.C.), J.B. Mauney (Mooresville, N.C.), and Matt Bohon (Cole Camp, Mo.). The cowboys and bulls will face off Saturday, May 16 at 6 p.m. and Sunday, May 17 at 5 p.m.

Held on May 13-17, the Wild, Wild West Fest is a western themed festival hosted by the PBR, Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, HARP, and the community of Pueblo. The festival will feature activities for the entire family and will be hosted by community non-profit organizations and the Wild, Wild West Fest Committee. The majority of activities are FREE and profits generated by the festival will go directly back to the participating non-profits organizations involved. Some of the events include the PBR Fan Zone, the 2009 Ring of Honor Ceremony & Concert, carnival rides, team roping and barrel racing competitions, brew fest, pancake breakfasts, and much more.
