PBR & TeamPBR Forms New Partnership with Paid, Inc.

By PBR

The Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) knows that when its fans come to watch the “Toughest Sport on Earth,” they want to get nose to nose with a bull, face to face with the riders, and experience a live event unlike any they have ever seen.  Those are some mighty big boots to fill so PBR has selected Paid, Inc., celebrity services (OTCBB: PAYD) to manage all aspects of its TeamPBR fan community, VIP fan experiences at events, fan community web site at www.teamPBR.com, and fan merchandise.

“We wanted to align ourselves with a company that really understands the fans and our organization and delivers what we all want,” said Lynn Wittenburg, VP, Marketing, of Professional Bull Riders.  “We’ve been impressed by Paid’s service with major brand names in many areas of sports and entertainment, and we’re looking forward to employing their talent to create and execute programs that will create unforgettable experiences at events and online to keep fans coming back for more.”

As part of Professional Bull Riders’ jam-packed competition schedule, Paid will handle fulfillment of VIP packages for the elite level 31-event championship tour, the Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS), including the seven-day PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals in Las Vegas in November 2009.  Paid will coordinate VIP fan experience packages complete with thrilling moments that take place in and outside the arena.  At many of the venues, Paid will manage the best seats in the house–those above and behind the bucking chutes–where the audience can see the action from the moment each rider mounts his raging beast. Paid will also handle every detail of the adrenaline-pumping perks, such as celebrity rider meet-and-greet sessions, private VIP tent parties, gift bag giveaways, and exclusive arena tours.

Tickets are on sale now for events in the next few months with additional event tickets becoming available every few weeks through October via the TeamPBR Web site, www.TeamPBR.com.

The new TeamPBR website, managed by Paid, is now live with a whole corral of activities and news.  One of the site’s most popular features is the video gallery with incredible clips of crazed bulls gyrating wildly, riders miraculously holding on in unbelievable situations, and funny outtakes. Fans registering to join the TeamPBR community receive: exclusive news as it happens, access to VIP fan experience packages, members-only merchandise discounts, the opportunity to participate in online contests, and much more.

TeamPBR members will soon be able to download mobile content such as exclusive TeamPBR wallpapers and ringtones.  Paid and PBR are working together to design an array of exclusive, high-quality TeamPBR apparel and accessories to be sold via the site’s online store, for which Paid will handle merchandise fulfillment.

“The TeamPBR community will create a deeper and more continuous sense of involvement for PBR fans with web features and information that keep them engaged on a day to day basis,” said Rich Rotman, COO of Paid, Inc. “PBR is clearly making its mark on sports history, and our partnership opens important new channels of communication and opportunities for PBR and its fans. Together we have the opportunity to strengthen bull riding’s identity as a stand-alone sport.”

Over 1,200 PBR bull riders compete in more than 300 bull riding events per year on either the elite tour, one of three minor league tours or one of four PBR International circuits. PBR events attract over 1.7 million live attendees each year and millions more watching the live and recorded events on VS and NBC Sports.  The PBR 15th Annual World Finals in November 2008 made history as its largest ever, with more than 116,000 fans in attendance.
