Tickets for the Express PBR Classic will be going on sale this Friday, August 3. Tickets start at $23 and are available thru Smith's Tix by calling 801-467-8499 or by visiting http://www.smithstix.com/.
With the PBR's AlphaTrade National Champion title on the line at that time - a potential $200,000 title awarded to the bull rider who ends the BFTS regular season in the #1 position - and the PBR World Champion title being determined barely two weeks later in Las Vegas, fans can expect to see some of the most fiercely intense bull riding action in the PBR.
Justin McBride (Elk City, Okla.), the 2005 PBR World Champion and current leader on the BFTS tour is ahead of J.B. Mauney (Mooresville, NC) by only 1,615 points, which could easily be made up by Mauney in the last two events - this makes the Express PBR Classic a pivotal event for both men. Three-time PBR World Champion Adriano Moraes (Sao Paulo, Brazil) is determined to win an unprecedented fourth world title and his sights are focused on making each event count. With virtually three hours of pulsating, non-stop rock and roll action offering the only available up close and personal look of the best men and bulls in the world, the Express PBR Classic is a must for bull riding fans.
All PBR Built Ford Tough Series events are aired on VERSUS each Saturday and Sunday night at 8:00 ET. The Express PBR Classic will air Sunday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. ET. Check your local listings for additional details.
