Randy Bernard, Chief Executive Officer of the PBR states, "I am very pleased that our move to Pueblo is finally a reality. PEDCO, Pueblo's city leaders, and the entire community have embraced us from the beginning. We're excited to call Pueblo home."
The PBR will be showing off its new Headquarters to its corporate partners starting July 30 for three-day long tours and sponsor summits. Over the course of the next 75 days, more than 400 guests will visit the new facility, including senior executives from companies such as Ford, Jack Daniel's, Wrangler, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Dickies.
"We are extremely proud of our new home in Pueblo. Within two weeks of moving into our new worldwide headquarters we will start bringing in top representatives from our national sponsors to discuss future plans and showcase our offices," Sean Gleason, Chief Marketing Officer said. "That will be the beginning of a steady stream of thousands of visitors each year that include dignitaries from other countries, promoters from around the U.S. and a host of other business strategic PBR partners that will be introduced to the city of Pueblo and our new home."
In association with PEDCO (Pueblo Economic Development Corporation), the city of Pueblo has engineered efforts to attract booming industries such as the PBR. "Being involved in planning and building a new home for the PBR in Pueblo has been a very exciting process. To see the vision of such a world class organization as the PBR come to fruition in the heart of downtown Pueblo is tremendous," stated Jim Spaccamonti, PEDCO President.
Stated Bernard, "We can't thank the local construction team of H.E. Whitlock, Inc. and its subcontractors enough for all of their hard work over the past year."
The PBR officially broke ground on the building on April 11, 2006.
