THE PBR POWERS INTO MOTOR CITY

Come and see the Toughest Sport on Dirt this weekend in Auburn Hills!

By PBR

The Palace at Auburn Hills welcomes back the toughest sport on dirt - it's the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Built Ford Tough Invitational, part of the Built Ford Tough Series presented by Wrangler (BFTS) on April 13 and14th.  The Built Ford Tough Invitational is the midway point - 15th stop - on the elite BFTS tour, which will award a $1,000,000 bonus to the PBR's World Champion at the end of the 2007 season.

Auburn Hills fans can expect to see the world's toughest 45 bull riders against the world's rankest bulls in this two-day competition, featuring such PBR superstars as the current and only 3-time PBR World Champion Adriano Moraes, the Brazilian wonder who now resides in Keller, Texas; Brazil's second rising star Guilherme Marchi of Leme, Sao Paulo; young gun J.B. Mauney of Mooresville, N.C., the current money leader on the 2007 tour with over $300,000 to date; and current Built Ford Tough Series points leader and 2005 PBR World Champion Justin McBride (Elk City, Okla.).

With ticket prices starting as low as $20 ($10 kids' ticket in the same section) fans get to experience more than two hours of non-stop action, at least 45 thrilling rides by the world's most accomplished bull riders, the pulsating beat of rock & roll music to get their heart thumping, pyrotechnics that will ignite their enthusiasm, fireworks to thrill the kids, and an up-close, personal view of the fastest growing sport in the U.S.   Tickets are available now by calling Ticketmaster (248) 645-6666, buying them online at http://www.ticketmaster.com/, or visiting the Palace box office.

The PBR's Built Ford Tough Series regularly airs each Saturday and Sunday evening on VERSUS (formerly Outdoor Life Network - OLN) at 8:00 p.m. ET.  Please visit http://www.pbrnow.com/ for an updated TV schedule for the Built Ford Tough Invitational or your local listings for additional details.
