2006 Battle for the Bull Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Update
Page and Teague's Best Shot Assumes the Role of 'Super Duty'
By PBR
The Professional Bull
Riders, Inc. (PBR) and Ford Trucks are proud to feature Page and Teague Bucking
Bulls' Best Shot, a.k.a. "Super Duty," in the 2006 Battle for the Bull Ultimate
Fan Experience Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes grand prize winner will earn the
distinction of being named a "PBR Stock Contractor for a Year," and will be
awarded many exclusive privileges such as in-arena and television recognition.
The one of a kind prize package has been described as too unique to put a value
on. Just a few of the awards associated with the contest include a custom PBR
belt buckle, a trip to the ranch to check in on Super Duty personally, exclusive
PBR event seating, VIP credentials, and much, much more.
The toughest
trucks in the world have backed the toughest athletes in the world since 2001
and launched the Battle
for the Bull Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes on www.battleforthebull.com in January.
The program is another original promotion designed by Ford Trucks to encourage
interest in the sport of professional bull riding and its athletes, both
four-legged and two.
Super Duty
hails from well known PBR stock contractors, Page and Teague Bucking Bulls, and
weighs in at approximately 1,550 pounds. The five-year-old bucking bull has
been successfully ridden merely twice in 22 career outings. The two PBR
athletes to have conquered Super Duty are Matt Bohon (Cole Camp, Mo.), who
achieved a 92 point score on him in Kansas City
during 2005, and most recently Chris Shivers (Jonesville,
La.) who rode his way to 90.75 points in Charleston on January 14. Super
Duty launches his challengers in an average buck off time of 4.03 seconds.
